A short return to Perth

 Recently, I returned to Perth for a brief stay to see relatives and visit parental graves after covid.

During  that very brief time, I  had the good fortune to see the exhibitions of two the Wild Swan Art Group being Kevin Robertson (with a wonderful book on his artworks over several decades on sale at the counter) and John Cullinane.

 

Plus, a short conversation with the two other good artists being Sally Douglas and Chelle Bourne before heading back to Japan.

 

Also, in that short stay  I wish had time to see Michael Doherty received City of Rockingham Art Prize 2023 Local Resident Award Winner Michael Doherty, ‘Lake Walyungup, Rockingham’.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have that much time due to travel delays, cancellations than I would have liked but what is good is the group continues to excel within the studio praxis.
