If people ask me why do I draw? My answer is this it is because there is so much I don’t see in modern life and drawing allows me to appreciate the forensic nuances of tone, hue and texture of chosen motifs and that is endless.

Lynne Norton was born in Fairbright, New South Wales, moved to Perth in 1958. Studied at Claremont School of Art and Curtin University. Professional artist since 1988 and a part time tutor with Community Art Groups in painting and drawing from 1988 – 2014.
A member of The Wild Swans Art Group 2016 -20 from Western Australia. Exhibited throughout Australia as well as internationally in Europe and in east/south east Asia.
